The importance of listening to your customers

Knowing how to listen to the customer is essential to understand and meet their needs in the best possible way by developing a long-term relationship with them.

The customer needs to feel that the company cares about what it has to say. Otherwise, there is a good chance that he will go after a competing company that is dedicated to listening to you more carefully.

Bearing in mind that we at ZAZ like to listen to the needs of our customers, we decided to list some points that have helped us to create such incredible projects:

Explore the context of the request
Make a summary and confirm with the customer that you understand what they expect
Get to know the client in depth
Ask open-ended questions for the customer to expose their request
Listen to questions carefully and avoid unnecessary interruptions

It is worth remembering that listening to your customer is a competitive differential, where you tend to gain preference (from) the public and brands, listening to your customers you take into account their point of view and expectations about the project to be elaborated, managing to dialogue with them and create unique strategies and appropriate solutions.

Knowing how to listen to customers helps a lot in building a relationship based on trust and empathy, which tends to be much more lasting when placed in these conditions.
